We started from timber log business and sawn timber business. Slowly we diversified in to casket, wooden box, pre-cut timber and wood trading business. Below are the production process of our company from raw material until finished products.
Stage 1 : Timber Log
We at YL Prominence Sdn Bhd source timber log from local forest and allow it to cured for a long period of time until it moisture content is suitable for us to proceed with sawn timber.
We always secure large stock pile to fulfill our customer order in future.
Stage 2 : Sawn Timber
After the timber log is cured for a period of time to reduce the moisture content, it will send to this area for sawing process.
Each timber log will be examined to maximized the cutting process to obtain the highest yield. The wood will be arranged in bundle and ready for sales or stacked over a wooden pallet for next process.
Stage 3 : Semi Finished Product
At this stage, some of our products are ready for sales.
Product such as wood plank, wood block or any other customer requested dimension, we will try our best to fulfill the sales.
Stage 4 : Finished Good
We produce our own product for local and export market such as
